Become part of a team that brings bright minds together with great dedication to achieve something big.
See open positionsOver 1000 customers, around 60 employees in Aachen, Cologne and Tirana. We look for people with drive who take on responsibility.
We give our employees back what they contribute, for example by giving them a direct share in the company's success through VSOP.
We share the same vision and want to achieve more together. The best way to do that is through teamwork and flat hierarchies. What matters to us:
Three offices, one team. In Aachen, Cologne and Tirana, we work together on one product.

We rely on an ambitious team to build an exceptional product.
As an international team, we meet twice a year somewhere in Europe.
On top of that, we reward outstanding performance with company shares, so you have a direct stake in the company's success.
Working together in person matters to us. That is why we work together at one of our offices at least three days a week.
We cover either a subsidised Deutschlandticket or a membership with Urban Sports Club.
Work with modern technologies and tools on solutions that create real value. On top of that, you get a device budget of €300 per quarter, for example for a mouse, keyboard or other equipment for your work.
With our meal allowance, we subsidise your meals during the working day.

We get to know each other and align on values, cultural fit and our visions.
In the second interview, we focus on the technical side.
In a final conversation, we align the expectations of both sides. Then we make a decision together.
As a founder, I focus on two things: satisfied customers and a team that is proud to be part of amber. We firmly believe that the two go hand in hand. That is why we do everything we can to achieve both at the highest level.
